ACS and ISO

Vigilant Security Services has again demonstrated excellence in the quality of service we provide to our customers by successfully completing our ACS (SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme) and ISO 9001:2008 assessments by Chamber Certification Assessment Services Limited.

The auditor praised our efforts in maintaining excellent quality policies and procedures, noting that “there has been significant improvement within all areas of management and operations activities”. This is good news for our customers, who are the primary beneficiaries of our services.
