We are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager who is able to generate their own leads and able to get new business in London and Home Counties. In return you will receive a salary of €60,000 – €65,000 even plus dependent upon experience, plus Company Car, Business Mileage Fuel, Laptop and iPhone, plus generous own new business commission.
The role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business for the company using any method possible, Must have tendering and bidding experience in security Industry, making calls and door to door selling and you’ll improve the sales to help the company grow by working towards realistic targets and incorporating all recognised tools to achieve this. It will also be your responsibility to find out when contracts are finishing and ensure they are renewed. This position operates from the London office where you will be expected to operate from.
What you’ll need
• Quantifiable track record in sales in manned guarding and related services in Republic of Ireland
• Ideally you will have experience & knowledge in the security industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full driving licence as travel is required
• Ability to deal with all levels of client relationships
• Minimum a Non Front Line SIA Licence is required and or able to obtain such a licence
