St Clare Hospice

When Jade Goody was taken to St Clare Hospice in Harlow on Friday, 27 February because of her terminal illness, the news was sure to bring significant media attention to the hospice, where Jade was being cared for and, according to initial reports, was to remain over the weekend.

Vigilant Security Services was asked to help the police and authorities professionally secure and protect staff and visitors, and to provide help and advice to the media and those concerned. Although this was an emergency call, Vigilant Security is proud to have been able to provide an efficient service at short notice.
